Our Twilight Market on Friday 15th March at the Ballarat Welcome Centre is the community launch event of Harmony Fest 2019.
Smoking Ceremony and Traditional Welcome to Country at 5pm.
The market will feature multicultural stalls, entertainment, food and much more!
A community event not to be missed!
The market will be held at our new location.
