Harmony Fest 2021: Thrive Fundraiser Plant Stall (Harmony Market)
26/03/2021 at 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Thrive Community Garden project is planning our first plant stall to raise money for the Ballarat Refugee and Asylum Seeker Network (BRASSN).
Anyone can help by donating plants, pots, potting mix and labels.
You might like to propagate cuttings from existing plants, divide clumps of herbs, pot up any seedlings that have sprung up in your garden or grow some veggies or flowers from seed.
You could even sprout the seed giveaways from the supermarket.
Another great way to propagate plants is by root division. Have you got a big clump of oregano or other herbs that needs breaking up?
If you need extra pots, seed raising or potting mix, we have donated materials at the Ballarat Welcome Centre, 25-39 Barkly St.
Please drop off healthy plants for sale to the Ballarat Welcome Centre in the week leading up to the market (from 22nd March).
