One of the finest sitar virtuosi amongst the present generation, and a worthy torchbearer of the famed Sarod Gharana of Senia Shahjahanpur. Sugato blends the playing style of Ustad Vilayat Khan and the rabab based sarod style of Md. Ameer Khan. A very melodious and sensitive player with a unique and alluring sound, Sugato is an ‘A Grade Musician’ of All India Radio and has performed extensively around the world to popular acclaim.
Sugato ji will be accompanied by the brilliant Aman Kalyan on tabla.
