NDIS Community Info Session – Ballarat

These sessions are for people with disability, family members and carers to educate and support a person through their NDIS journey.
Please note the session is limited to 30 people so it would be much appreciated if you could ensure that places are not taken up by professional staff, unless providing support to a community member.
About the session
The session will include an informal one-hour drop-in session followed by a formal presentation and an opportunity to answer questions. The topics covered may include:
- Accessing the NDIS and eligibility requirements
- Preparing for your planning meeting or scheduled review meeting
- Understanding your NDIS plan
- Using your NDIS Plan
- Accessing and using the MyPlace Participant Portal
