NAIDOC Week 2020: Language Café – Explore Wadawurrung Culture

Always Was, Always Will Be! Our November Language Café will continue to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2020 with an exploration of Wadawurrung Culture and Country that we live and work on in Ballarat.

Join us for some story creation and sharing followed by an intro to Wadawurrung language with Traditional Owner Barry Gilson. Presented by Ballarat Libraries and Youth Services.
The session will be hosted online via Zoom.

NAIDOC Week (from 8-15 November this year) celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Australia. So let’s use the opportunity to learn about local Aboriginal Culture and Community.
