Melbourne City FC Young Leaders Program

Melbourne City FC’s City in the Community program is thrilled to announce that the Young Leaders training program is back!
The two-day program returns for another round during the April school holidays, following its incredible success earlier in the year.
Focusing on community leadership, the program develops the skills and attributes needed to deliver community football programs that address social issues and impact the community. The two days cover important lessons on mentoring, group dynamics, communication and coaching – all in a fun and stimulating environment.
Participants do not need to have completed any previous courses, and most importantly registration is free!
The program is best suited to young adults aged 17 – 25 years with an interest in football; who want to enhance their leadership skills and explore ways to get involved in local initiatives.
