Celebrate Harmony Fest and Begonia Festival with this introduction to Arabic calligraphy (khatt), the artistic practice of handwriting and design based on the Arabic alphabet.

Khalid Alharthi, a respected calligrapher from Saudi Arabia, will introduce you to the basics of Arabic calligraphy, its place within Arab culture and the Islamic religion through making Arabic letters or flower designs. Finish the session with a cup of tea.
