Join City of Ballarat Mayor Cr Ben Taylor and special guests to launch the 10th annual Harmony Fest!
Features guest speaker Lydia Gethya and a Bollywood performance by Virasat E Punjab.
Everyone is then welcome to walk together to the Ballarat and District Aboriginal Co-operative (BADAC) to enjoy a performance by Jayden Lillyst, a smoking ceremony and morning tea.
