Become a Co-facilitator for BRMC’s Cultural Competency Training
Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council (BRMC) is looking to train up to 5 co-facilitators to deliver cultural competency training along with BRMC staff. Co-facilitators will be from migrant or refugee backgrounds and will be paid for their time. Co-facilitators will undergo an initial one day train the trainer course on Friday 21st of August, after which they will be provided with support and additional training as needed to build their training skills.
